Chicken Wings
Pre-Baked, finished on the grill.
Ingredients
- 3 pkgs Drummettes (1lb packs?)
- 6 oz Wing Sauce your choice
- kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300
- Place chicken on a baking rack/pan, and cook for 1 hour.
- In a large bag, or bowl, toss chicken with wings sauce.
- (Optionally) refrigerate for up up to 48 hours.
Grill
- Setup grill for indirect heat, with coals to either side.
- Grill 12-15 minute with top on. Flip every 4 minutes.
