Paul’s Red Bliss Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients
In the Pressure Cooker
- 1 lb small red potatoes 1″ halves, or quarters
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 oz Roasted Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Black
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Enough water to cover
In the Mashing Pot
- 2 tbsp green onion tops
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 oz Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Pressure cook (high) for 9 minutes, then mash very lightly with a hand masher.
Notes
Use small potatoes to get more skin in the mixture.
