Corned Beef Hash
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb corned beef leftovers are great
- 3 medium Russet Potato 1/2″ dice
- 1 Bell Pepper Red, yellow, or orange. 1/2″ dice
- 1 large Sweet onion 1/2″ dice
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 6 cloves garlic rough chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 drops Tobasco
Instructions
- Cover potatoes with water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to boil, then drain & rinse with cold water. Sauté everything together in a very large frying pan.
