Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb corned beef leftovers are great
  • 3 medium Russet Potato 1/2″ dice
  • 1 Bell Pepper Red, yellow, or orange. 1/2″ dice
  • 1 large Sweet onion 1/2″ dice
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 6 cloves garlic rough chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 drops Tobasco

Instructions
 

  • Cover potatoes with water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to boil, then drain & rinse with cold water. Sauté everything together in a very large frying pan.
