The secret is the liquor from corned beef, and the smoked jalapeño brats.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cabbage cored & cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 cup Corned Beef Liquor Leftover liquor from slow cooking corned beef with Guinness Beer
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 link Jalapeño Cheddar Smoked Brats Or any smoked pork and a dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until tender.
