Sautéed Cabbage and Bacon
Ingredients
- 4-5 strips bacon or 4 tbsp bacon grease + pre-cooked bacon
- 1 lb Slaw-cut Cabbage
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in large skillet or sauté pan, remove and reserve all grease.
- With pan over medium heat, add cabbage, salt and pepper.
- Crumble bacon back into the mixture.
- Stir occasionally until wilted and beginning to brown.
