The classic 3-2-1 method and assumes an electric smoker that holds temperature automatically.
Smoked Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 racks St. Louis Ribs
- Rib Rub
Instructions
- Fill smoker box 1/2 full. Fill water to max. Preheat smoker, and set to 225.
- Remove sliver skin from ribs using catfish pliers or use paper towels to get grip.
- Cover liberally with rub
- Smoke ribs 3 hours directly on the rack.
- Wrap in foil and return to smoker for 2 hours
- Unwrap and return to racks for 1 hour
- Rest for 15 minutes or more
