Vinegar Cole Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 small head of cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 cup red cabbage optional, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 parsnip shredded
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
