Hot chow chow and Sriracha are an amazing combo in this variation on a classic.
Sriracha and Chow Chow Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs Halved
- 1/4 cup Mayonaise
- 4 tsp Hot Chow Chow
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper fine ground, not coarse
- 1/4 tsp Salt maybe a bit more
Instructions
- Mix everything with the yolks and stuff them back in.
Notes
A little smoked paprika might be good to finish them, but they are great without it.
Susan says to try adding a little vinegar next time I make them. Lemon juice might be worth a shot too.
