Sriracha and Chow Chow Deviled Eggs


Hot chow chow and Sriracha are an amazing combo in this variation on a classic.

Sriracha and Chow Chow Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs Halved
  • 1/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 4 tsp Hot Chow Chow
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper fine ground, not coarse
  • 1/4 tsp Salt maybe a bit more

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything with the yolks and stuff them back in.

Notes

A little smoked paprika might be good to finish them, but they are great without it.
Susan says to try adding a little vinegar next time I make them.  Lemon juice might be worth a shot too.
