Small Brisket
Ingredients
- 2 lb Brisket
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp Worcestershire
- 1.5 cups Beef Stock
- 5 cloves garlic course chopped
- 2 medium onions large dice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper course cracked
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
Notes
Might a starting sear improve this? Or perhaps a 10-15 run in the oven @ 425 with before/after rest like the corned beef.
Add a dash or so of liquid smoke and/or hot sauce?
