Scandinavian Salad

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can French Cut Green Beans strained
- 1 15 oz can White Shoepeg Corn strained
- 1 15 oz can LeSeur Small Green Peas strained
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup onion small diced; (~1/2 onion)
- 1 cup celery small dice
- 1 cup carrot small dice
- 1 4 0z jar pimentos strained , small dice
Instructions
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper over medium heat, stirring until sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
- Cool liquid to room temperature.
- Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate
