Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 caps Portobello Mushrooms Stems removed
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Red Wine
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Basalmic Vinegar For finishing
Instructions
- Preheat oven (400 degrees) or prepare a medium hot section of grill over indirect heat.
- In a ziplock bag, combine all ingredients EXCPEPT the Basalmic Vinegar and let the mushroom marinate for an hour or more. Make sure the last 30 minutes to an hour is at room temerapture.
- Oven roast or grill for 10-15 minutes per side.
- Serve hot or keep warm and finish by drizzling Basalimic over them just before serving.
