Hard Boiled Eggs
Perfect hard boiled eggs
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs Cold, straight from the fridge
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a full, rolling boil.
- Use a pasta server to lower eggs into the boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Fill a bowl with water and ice.
- After 15 minutes of boiling, move the eggs straight to the ice water and let them cool for 10 minutes
- Drop eggs into a coffee mug one at a time and shake it like crazy. The shell will peel off very easily. Rinse off any remaining shell fragments.
