
Susan's Favorite Egg Nog
A light, creamy homemade eggnog made in the blender in about 5 minutes, then chilled to let the spiced cognac and bourbon mellow.

Notes
Alcohol amount can be adjusted to taste. The eggnog keeps in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 days and up to 2 weeks -- the alcohol acts as a preservative.
