Mix tea & salt. Marinate chicken in fridge for 2+ hours; longer is better up to 12 hours.
Drain & pat dry.

Allow chicken to come up to room temperature. 20+ minutes.
Preheat oven to 425
Brush chicken breast with butter
Salt & pepper both sides
Insert meat thermometer (set temp alarm to 155 degrees)
Remove from oven and rest under loosely tented foil for 10-15 minutes after reaching 155 degrees. The breast will continue to cook and hit 165 for safe eating.
Notes
Use good quality chicken. If not, tenderize by pounding.
