rinsed and drained

Instructions
Brown sausage over medium-high heat.
Drain sausage, leaving some grease behind. Augment this with up to 1 tsp of oil as needed, then add onion, garlic, and cumin and sauté on medium heat.
Add chicken stock, beans, and remaining spices. Simmer until reduced by half or more.
