More or less as needed to cover peanuts

Instructions
Crock Pot
Add peanuts, salt, red pepper to crock pot. Fill with water. Soak 12 hours.
Add gartlic and jalapeños, and apple cider vinegar. Cook on low 8-12 hours
Storing
Refrigerate for 7 days, or freeze with cooking liquid for 3 months.
Notes
Green peanuts are fresh from the field have not been dried. They will cook much faster. This recipe is for dried, uncooked peanuts.
