Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Blue Crab Meat lump, or backfin is the best
  • 3/4 cup celery Tiny dice
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonaise
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 Dash paprika
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
