Jim’s Henry Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz bottle ketchup
  • ¾ cup cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup Texas Pete
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp chipotle powder
  • Salt and pepper​

Instructions
 

  • In a nonreactive pan, bring to a light simmer and stir. Cook ten minutes.
