Nearly perfect substitute for Mascarpone cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Soften the cream cheese by letting it come to room temperature on the counter.
  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
