Instructions
Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Fork shred pork, discarding any fat/gristle. Transfer to a large baking dish.
Skim fat off the liquid in the cooker, and pour 1-2 cups over meat.
Broil on high for 5-15 minutes to create brown/burnt tips.
