Scandinavian Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can French Cut Green Beans strained
  • 1 15 oz can White Shoepeg Corn strained
  • 1 15 oz can LeSeur Small Green Peas strained
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup onion small diced; (~1/2 onion)
  • 1 cup celery small dice
  • 1 cup carrot small dice
  • 1 4 0z jar pimentos strained , small dice

Instructions
 

  • Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper over medium heat, stirring until sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
  • Cool liquid to room temperature.
  • Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate
