Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb Ground Beef 85/15
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Soup

  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 28 oz Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • 1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix

Garnishes

  • Corn Tortillas
  • cilantro
  • Shredded Cheese
  • sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Brown onion, meat, and garlic power. Drain and combine with soup ingredients. Simmer 2 hours, slow cook in crock-pot on low for 6 hours, or use Instant-Pot on Soup setting.
