Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 small head of cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage optional, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 parsnip shredded
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
