Notes Beef broth did not turn out well when we tried it, so we stick with chicken. The suggested smokey sausages are almost required. We use leftover Jalapeño & cheese bratwursts from our local grocery store and the smokey aspect really sets the dish off. About 1/2 a link (sliced) per bowl is perfect.
